Cancellations with minimum 14 days' notice will be refunded in full.

Cancellations with between 7 and 13 days' notice will be refunded half the fee.

We regret that cancellations with less than 7 days' will not be eligible for a refund as we have to consider the costs of room hire and speaker fees. You can, however, change the name of the booking at no extra cost and someone else can go in your place.
